Applying for a construction loan at this bank was a nightmare …. First time I ever had to submit a “biography” as part of the application …. Sent over 1,000 pages of financial info - not enough …. As an example - another local bank had my sons mortgage done in 2 weeks with standard financial requirements … the review is only my opinion based on my experience with Kilpatrick .
