  Kim is amazing at what she does. She truly enjoys her “work” and it shows. She takes the time to listen to what you want and makes dreams come true! I’ve bought two homes with Kim being my lender for both and I recommend her every chance I get. Great communication, response time and customer service. You won’t be disappointed ❤️

  I would highly recommend working with Kim and Alcova Mortage, LLC. My wife and I worked with Kim and Alcova on our house hunt for a little over 5 months. Kim was readily available any time we had questions and was beyond prepared at every step. Kim was extremely helpful with us as we were first time home buyers. The process only seemed to get easier for my wife and I as we approached closing, a process I imagined would have been difficult!
