Rebecca Fetty1The manager talked to me as if i was slow and anytime i kept asking well im not sure why his happened or can u explain this. I was polite at first and then started to get protective because this is my money. The woman at the window was absolutely wonderful and kind but the manager and young woman who works in one of the offices (Ashley) were rude and did not provide the quality Union said they would. I banked with Union for less than a week and they closed my account without me knowing, i had to call to find out it was now closed. Please save your money and time. The older women at window was great and helpful but the office staff....NO! Also charged me for closing the account when they closed it without notifying me!!!

Monica Simmons1I had a horrible experience here. I would rate this location a zero if I could. The customer service was not good. They were very prejudice.The only reason I go here is because my job is next door. The Union Bank in Orange I would rate a 5. I was denied service opening a savings account here, than Orange happily opened up one for me afterwards. I like Union Bank but not this location.

Ted P5Always is able to preform the things I need a bank to preform. I have even banks through the drive through in a dinosaur costume.

Tristan McClung1Horrible i went in to cash my pay check and had everything ready to go then i come to find out that since my last name wasn’t on it they couldn’t cash it so i asked why and she got defensive and rude so i went to get my last name on it and i come back and they lovked the doors 10 minutes before close and i atood outside and as i did they laughed at me since it was closed so do something about ur service or im switching
