  My family has been with Kim Appleton State Farm for many years. She has my home and auto policies. She is awesome! She is quick to reply to phone calls and/or e-mails and handles claims quick and professional. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products State Farm offers. Her office staff is also very pleasant when I have called with a question. I highly recommend her!

  My experience with State Farm deteriorated after being switched to Kim Appleton when my former agent left the area. I added home and life with Kim; having originally insured my house w/State Farm around 1994. When we had trouble getting any reimbursement for damage to our home around 2016 - NES burned our power line and damaged our house - we became so frustrated we shopped our auto policy with the previous insurer. Kim's rate was more than $100/month higher so we switched! During many frustrating meetings with Kim she became increasingly unpleasant towards me. Admittedly I was frustrated and unpleasant as well. At two meetings she commented to my husband, in my presence, that she'd always had such a great relationship with him and didn't understand why I was so unhappy. Ha! Nice technique. It became a joke in our family because he wasn't aware that she even knew who he was since he made most payments to the receptionist when Kim wasn't around. The last straw was when Kim moved her office and didn't notify us. We went by and saw the office was vacant. Hopefully State Farm will let me change agents for the last little bit they still insure. We've moved the rest. I've heard a lot of people complain about State Farm after our terrible experience with the home and pricey auto. It's too bad because my initial business with State Farm, before getting Kim as an agent, was very pleasant and productive. Caveat Emptor.

  Kim looked at my policy and let me know that I didn’t have the coverage I thought I had. She made sure that I had exactly what I needed. She is a joy to work with and her staff if very attentive and very helpful. She really cares about her clients. Let her take care of you and your family!

  I have been a State Farm client for 25 years, called to get a quote for my daughter that is moving to Nashville. Kim couldn't figure out how to find us in the State Farm system and asked me if my current office could provide the quote. No thanks
