  I worked with Tim on getting a loan together for a rental property purchase. He made the whole process smooth and easy. He was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. I was a little worried about getting everything done in the short timeframe we had, especially since we were from out of state, but everything was great.

  Tim Mann is very prompt on email replies and positive person to work with. I am Bank of Tennessee client since year 2016 and still having strong banking relationship. Tim is a backbone of this institute. He helped me get commercial / portfolio mortgage for my business venture. Tim is not only knowledgeable, but also compassionate. Myself and my husband are from different state but loan closing process was very smooth and easy for us. We are very glad that we found Bank of Tennessee, especially Tim Mann to work with. I will say its best partnership we ever had. I highly recommend Tim Mann for mortgage needs since he is the best knowledgeable and professional person to work with.

  Tim Mann has been absolutely incredible to work with as we move through the residential new construction loan process! We just closed on the initial portion of the loan, and Tim has made things as smooth and clear as possible through every step.   Tim at Bank of Tennessee was introduced to us by a friend who lives in Nashville. My wife and I live in Colorado, and recently purchased an investment property in Nashville. Tim and team were VERY easy to work with, exceptionally practical, and the technology used by the bank made absentee investing a cinch! Highly recommend using the team at Bank of Tennessee.
