  This is honestly the best Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ashley, who was super nice and helpful! Collie was also very helpful in helping me with my account. The manager Bo gave me his card and has such a great staff here. I will definitely be coming to this branch over the other branches in Nashville!

  I am so glad that I chose to go to this location. I am new to Wells Fargo and I was experiencing issues with my account. I had to wait only 5-10 minutes and was greeted with a smile and friendly people. The lady who assisted me with my account was very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this location!

  This branch goes out of there way to make sure everything that you need is taken care off. This branch treats there clients with a sense of community. Ashley Kadlitz helped me 5/1/17 at 1pm. She brought up lots of questions and tried to understand how best she and her company Wells Fargo could assist me.

  Where do I start worst service I have ever received anywhere!! The worst part it was the branch manager. Made me feel worthless yelled at me in front of all her staff and customers! Refused to service me because of my balance. Some short black lady, I would never recommend this branch even to my worst enemy. Such an awesome company but it's the little people that mess it up.

  The new Service Manager Tania took care of my transaction, she is incredibly talented and nice, very strong customer service skills. Nice branch, everybody is friendly and respectful.

  Amazing staff. Always friendly and helpful. They converse in normal conversation and make it a very good visit everytime. Dylan is a trip and just amazingly friendly. Love coming to this location.

  I walked in to do a one time wire transfer and Pradeep Kumar provided the most outstanding customer service I've ever received at a Wells Fargo. I wish I lived closer to this branch.

  All Wells Fargo’s Every location is run from corporate and they have no control. Terrible terrible bank take your money to US Bank much better
