  Do not like this bank! I will never use them! Any other bank is better! One teller in there at least made me smile but the one that worked on my transaction was awful! I left with a bad taste in my mouth and now worried about my own identity being stolen!

  I have been banking at this bank since 1976. I have seen the bank change over the last 43 years. The best customer service I have ever received during the last 43 years has been provided by Brandon Vigil. Brandon is always pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and helpful!! Brandon goes above and beyond to make sure that any questions, problems, or issues that ever come up are resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner!! I can’t speak highly enough about Brandon and his customer service!!!

  Call them and the lady was rude , not professional and in a rush to hang up the phone. Could not tell me how much was the foreign transaction fee and instead say "call the phone in the back of your card and they will tell you..."
