  Just found out every time I've told the teller to put my extra cash towards my principal on my car loan they have not been doing it! Even the customer service rep on the phone told me they were not entering it correclty at the branch location. I even spoke to someone in the branch today that said it was entered right. obviously they have minimal training and are not on the same page. The very nice customer service rep corrected the branches mistake today again. I hope they do the right thing and adjust my principal. Glad I won't be banking with bellco much longer!

  I am pushing 70 yrs. old and have experience with numerous banks and Bellco is by far the absolute best. My wife and I have been members for quite a few years and we have never ever had a bad experience with them. They have helped us with car loans, multiple checking and savings accounts, Visa/ATM cards and have even met me at the front door with a friendly "hello" or "goodbye have a nice day". I never use the drive up window because it is a real joy for me to walk into such a friendly group of young people.

  I was with them for 3 years and I realized they automatically charged me for bill pay when I did not even use it in the first place. They would only refund me one months payment for the bill pay out of the 3 years that they have been taking it out of my account. I went to Chase because there are no hidden fee's or if you want to stick with a Credit Union your self go to Colorado Credit Union of Denver. Would not even recommend Bellco to my worst enemy.

  Wonderful services !!! They go above and beyond here at this beach simply the best experience ever !! Okay everyone here is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! The new manager Cheyenne she is wonderful and knows her job to the fullest was just awesome 👏

  Horrible bank. I brought one resident who is handicapped. They look at us and didn't bother to help us until I finally walk up to a teller and asked what was the protocol for handicapped. She immediately call someone to help us. Two persons after us were helped before us and when I confronted them they said we all came at the same time. This is not my bank and I'm happy it's not, I brought in a member of the bank for help. Horrible customer service, you dont even feel welcome..

  Literally the worst branch to exist. Third experience with the young man making making up his own “rules and policies” for why it is he could not complete any requested transactions. Just have to drive to a different location and any other location always completes anything you ask of them with no issues whatsoever with a smile. This location is a joke. No wonder it just has 1 star ratings. And save your copy and paste response and actually read complaints and do something about it.

  Think it's funny how Erick Martinez used to be a banker at Wells Fargo or shall I say an assistant manager and then all the sudden made a career change and started working at Bellco. Keep in mind that Wells Fargo was in trouble for fraudulently opening up accounts in customers names without their knowledge to try to make money off of the fraudulent accounts. So with that having been said I am not at all regretful of refusing to bank with Bellco. I also have had and had other members in my family have a auto loan with them and in the fine print it states that they can empty out your checking and savings accounts without the owners permission and put it towards the auto loan. I hate this credit union and recommend any other credit union besides Bellco and Westerra as they both have no respect for their clients. You are just a source of income to these people so bank elsewhere where you are protected from their money grabbing hands accessing your funds without your permission or even acknowledgement of them taking money out. Erick is not a respectable banker and his past with Wells Fargo needs to be known. Also, why would a respectable bank hire someone who has a history of being dishonest in banking? Just saying.

  Worst bank I have ever dealt with it’s soooooooo hard to get a hold of someone and their automated service keeps hanging up on me. They want you to make a payment but it is one of the hardest things to do simply because how they have everything set up. I will never bank with Bellco again and definitely not recommending them. In fact I will be sure to tell people to avoid them.

  This is for the company not the branch I have never dealt with a more incompetent credit union. Not one person but the company in general. I have never had more difficulty trying to make an auto loan payment or navigate online banking in my life. Horrendous

  AVOID. I consistently get inaccurate information. On the phone, one thing is said. Over email support, another thing is said. This has happened at least 7 times in 3 years of being with Bellco. If you ask any questions for them, you will need to VERIFY the answers you receive to ensure you get the correct answer. Yes, they always apologize, but that does not help. They need better training and systems. Do yourself a favor and do business somewhere else.
