  We worked with Tenby with one of us purchasing a second home and one of us being a first-time home buyer. Tenby was fantastic in helping make sure that we both understood the answers to questions each of us had. During the entire process, Tenby was happy to run multiple different scenarios for us based on how we planned to budget for our home. Both Tenby and her team were attenuative and quick to respond with any questions or inquiries helping us keep on track to closing. The biggest help is that the team was willing to work around our busy schedules to help us achieve our home buying goals.   Got recommended to Tenby by a coworker and MAN, I don't regret it. It was my first time navigating the whole process and Tenby was pretty much always on standby if I had questions. I work nights so I'd always be texting at odd hours and it felt like I'd always get responses relatively quickly. I 1000% recommend Tenby and will definitely plan on working with her in the future.
