Travis Stubbs2Went in to cash my paycheck and then deposit it so I can use the funds immediately and I was told that could be done and that was being done but later find out that the teller just deposited my check and now my funds are on hold for 3 more days. Thank you so much for NOT listening to me and what I wanted. Nice guy but clearly didn't listen to me and what I was asking not too happy

The beautiful young woman who helped me ,Mel was just wonderful with a beautiful smile and has a great Marilyn Monroe look going and she was just Delightful, helped me set up a savings account and much much more and over all just a fantastic experience 🤟

We were able to sit down with the AVP and Branch manager to open an account the same day. Mel has been extremely helpful connecting us with departments and organizations that offer services that may be beneficial for our small business. We have banking solutions that align with our business needs. We have a direct line of communication when we need help and receive exceptional service.

Scott H5The manager, Mel, and tellers at this branch are wonderful! We worked with Mel on setting up new joint checking and savings accounts. She was punctual at the scheduled meeting time, walked us through the options expediently, was very friendly and fun to chat with during the process, and got everything set up quickly. There was an issue with their computer system that booted Mel out of the system, and she offered to stay after hours to finish inputting us into the system once it came back online. We told her to wait until the next morning to complete the work since she deserved to go home on time, and she called the next morning to inform us she had completed processing our info into the system. The fact that she offered to stay late and then calling us the next morning with an update says a lot about her work ethic and customer service. Since setting up our account, we have made a handful of deposits and withdrawals in person, and the tellers are very friendly and efficient. It seems that most of the negative reviews here are unreasonable criticism that assume that just because the person goes through the drive-through or walks in they should be served immediately even if there is a line of people in front of them. I have never waited more than 10 minutes at this branch, which is a reasonable amount of time if their are four people in front of me and one teller. This is a great branch, even if you have to wait your turn.

Christian B2Unfortunately, I didn't get the greatest service at this location. I walked in and two tellers were at the counter and they didn't greet me until a few mins later when one of them finally looked at me and told me to have a seat and wait until he's ready. I found this odd since I was the only customer in the building. It wasn't until about 10 mins later that I was able to speak with one of them and conclude my banking for that day.

She was patient with my Fiancé and I who were setting up a joint checking for the first time. She was funny, and made us feel like family. This is The Bank for families or young people starting off.

Rick Burton1I've been a Keybank customer for a few years now and have always been happy with my service until I visited this branch yesterday. I went in to open a savings account for my 3 year old daughter and felt it was important for her to be there for the process. Yesterday we walked in at 4:49pm, a little late, sure, but it should have been a 5-10 minute process anyways. As soon as I walked up to the account rep, it was painfully obvious she didn't want to help as she just kept looking at the clock and sighing. After she wasted as much time as possible by doing nothing, she told us to come back tomorrow as they now close in 2 minutes. Won't step foot in this branch again.

James Righter1I was a college student that worked part-time for about 1100 per month income. Bumping into key bank online was unintentional and reminds me of how I was treated at the branch near 40th and Chambers in 2014. I went into a branch to find a personal loan to consolidate my credit card debt near the end of working on my undergraduate degree. I did about half of the calculations in my head regarding what I found when I was waiting for the manager or perhaps banker. When she was available I met with her and she acted like I am some kind of fool after seeing my estimate of monthly income. She ignored my concerns, didn't listen to the information that I had ready and said rude things about me to other employees when I walked off from her backwards customer service skills. I hope those employees are wise enough to never follow someone that is a horrible example. I also know about Key's hiring procedures, they expect their employees to act a certain way when 2 or 3 of 4 answers are all feasible courses of action. That makes thing pretty clear that employees are not trained. So if they are looking for people that have the right mindset, then they should stop looking for a wholes. This year I was more recently ripped off for $368 as a result of persisting criminal activity at Key Bank. I should have never signed up for this account, but this will be the end for sure. After my account was closed, they decided to create fictitious charges, then bill me for overdraft charges and other unnecessary garbage. On an unbiased website, Key Bank has a 1.1 customer satisfaction rating. If 5 is perfect and 1 is worthless, then a 4 star scale is left and it is divided by tenths, then there is a 40 tier rating. So, 100%/40 = 2.5, that means that Key Bank has only a 2.5% approval rating. So how do they stay in business? Scams, scams and scams.
