  I have refinanced with Kevin Bergsten twice. Both times, I could trust his honesty and integrity, I could trust his advice, and knew he could be relied on to bring the refinancing to successful closure. Furthermore, after the refinancing, when I had questions of ANY sort about the new mortgage, the way it was being handled by the mortgage company, or what to expect next, I can, and still do, rely on Kevin to help me to understand what is happening.
