  There are not enough stars to give for this amazing team! I have been fortunate to work with Keith and Karly over at Kentuckiana Mortgage and I can honestly say I have never seen a more dedicated group to making sure you can get into a home. Being a fist time home buyer and using a VA home loan is not an easy combination, but these amazing people made everything come together. They answered my every phone call, text message and email faster then I had ever expected. Each one of them treated me like a friend and not just a client. For anyone on the fence about using a mortgage broker in the Kentucky and Indiana area, I promise you, you will not find a better team then these fine individuals.

  My incredible realtor, Jason Switzer, introduced to Keith and I am so glad he did. I already had a pre-approval from another mortgage company but he said this guy could probably get me a better rate...well, he did! Keith was so awesome to work with! He made the process so incredibly easy. Answered any and all questions I had no matter what time or day it was. I feel so blessed to have had him working for me on this home purchase. I honestly was only stressed about getting my kids registered for school because we were switching districts right before school started.   Very happy first time home buyer here. Keith went above and beyond all my expectations to get my loan closed with a great rate. Anytime we had questions about our loan or the process I could call or text him with a response almost instantly or at the very latest that same day. He was very thorough in answering my questions and making sure I knew exactly what I was signing. Buying a home can be very stressful and complicated especially for a new home owner like myself, having a mortgage broker I truly felt was on my side made the process much easier.
