  First time home owner. They closed within 30 days like they promised. The only issue we had was that we didn’t have a list of all the papers we needed from the beginning of the trip. But overall i would recommend them. They are professional and nice people .I m also a self employed and they worked very hard to help me with all the information i needed.

  I cannot begin to describe how thankful we are for Century Mortgage and, more specifically, Karissa. From day one Karissa has been kind, compassionate, hard-working, prompt, and overall just a Godsend. The home buying process could’ve easily been painful and time consuming, but she ensured us that she was going to get it done for us and she more than delivered. I have never felt so much like someone was working for US and had OUR best interests at heart. Anytime I needed Karissa, anytime I had a question or a fear or concern, she was immediately there to put my mind at ease. We just closed on our first home and our family is blessed beyond compare- we could’ve never done it without Karissa and will never refer anyone, anywhere other than to her.   A little over 2 months ago I had the opportunity to work with Chase Blume and Karissa Espinosa and in all my years of experience with purchasing and selling my personal homes, I found this experience to be extremely professional, precise and well organized! I contacted Chase on a weekend with an urgent need to be pre-approved for a loan and within an hour I was approved and he had all the information he needed to began the loan process. I never met Karissa but she came across very professional and she worked efficiently handling my documents, all of which were done by faxing and/or emailing and with electronic signatures. I don't know if we set a record but our closing took place on day #30. Having been through one of the most stressful times in my life, I'd like to say thank you Chase, Karissa and all of Century Mortgage for a job well done!

  Karissa Espinosa made a very daunting first time experience of purchasing a home a straight forward and easily navigatible milestone. She handled all the details, all while explaining in such a way that my wife and I could both understand the process without requiring a finance degree. We are more than pleased with how quickly Karissa managed our home buying timeline and most certainly completed the experience quicker than we anticipated. We could not sing her praises enough.
