  Rates are some of the lowest you will find. I used them for my purchase and now a refinance. Michael Werkmeister was my loan originator and Mike Attiq was my processor and both of them answered any questions promptly and best of all got my refinance done in record time!

  Travis, my mortgage broker and Thomas my processer provided the best experience for my refinance loans. They gave personal service and made me feel like I was family. I knew everything was in great hands with Travis and Thomas at the wheel. I have had experience with other mortgage brokers and I will ALWAYS come back to Amerisave.   Even though it's a tough time for this industry; Amerisave representatives listened was responsive. They were the only company that was able to navigate my complex refinancing arrangement involving multiple parcels (Quicken bailed).

  I placed an online inquiry and a loan officer called me within legit seconds. She had a nice positive attitude, made a TON of promises on what AmeriSave and she could do for me. She told me what she did for her customers and how hard she was doing to work for me. So I was of course sold on the idea of lowering my mortgage rate and getting a good refinancing deal. Documents were almost instantly requested of me and just as quickly i was able to deliver -(pays to be organized). Anyways. I also payed the 500.00 fee that she stated she would get me back at closing and for me not to worry at all about it. So even more so i was happy to be working with her. ---Fast forward almost a month. I have all the information in on my end and i have requested not 1, not 3, but 5-7+ times for her to call me. She wont. She WILL text and say its the phones, shes sorry, shes sorry about the auto-generated texting and yada yada..but wont reply at all about my loan. im like, okay? Can we talk about the questions i have requested response to. So i am not comfortable talking in text messaging. so i call and email during their normal business hours. I woke up on Sunday morning with an email from her at 11pm on Saturday night that didnt even make any real sense, and said that locked in rates were on the way that night. Its 11am on Sunday and no rates and nothing else from her. So far...i regret going with this company. I want to close on my refinancing as soon as possible. I understand it takes time. I want an update. I have requested a new loan officer. If they give me one and the customer experience changes, i will come back and edit my review. But for now, people need to know that customer service is not good for me, despite that being the entire reason i started. False promises or just not a too great of a loan officer? we shall see i guess. :/

  Let me say I was at first hesitant about refinancing over the phone. Blake Payne was the Loan Originator and from the start gained my confidence. He was informative, helpful and never left me hanging. If I had a question, it was answered. Amerisave has done just what it's name implied...saved me money! Each person down the line from Stephen to Savannah were amazing. I have encouraged my family members to look there first when considering a refi. Sincerely, Lem

  Amerisave is not what you may expect. The rates that got me interested was not “available “ you have to pay $500 to get started. Even with my exceptional credit. Here is the big fault in all of this, the closing agent that Amerisave “hired” to come to my house to do my closing documents sent all of them unsecured through Gmail. So I had to go and freeze all of my credit, and now I fear for my security. Worst of all, when this incident was brought forward to Mr. Payne at Amerisave, he said, “we will make sure that doesn’t happen again” well, that’s all well and good, but it does nothing for me. I have not heard anything else back from Amerisave except your standard; how did we do? Survey link. The disregard for person privacy is a complete breach of trust and I advise EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM “AMERISAVE “ and Solidifi.

  I highly recommend Amerisaves’ Patryk Igras home loan specialist. I recently worked with Patryk on two separate refinance deals. He kept me updated weekly through the process.
