  Our 2 most recent service experiences at Kendall Toyota have been terrible. The service has really deteriorated in the last couple of years and particularly in the last year. Our oil change appointment this past Saturday morning took 3 hours even though we had an appointment. Their excuse was that they only had 1 employee available. Following our service appointment prior to that, the new service manager refused to give us the written report diagnosing the issue with our heater/defroster malfunction. After having the repair completed at Simard Automotive we found out that the issue was an expensive part that we had previously had replaced and that was still under warranty. Kendall Toyota had intentionally/unintentionally misdiagnosed the problem. We were much happier with our service experience at Simard.

  Asta, Morris, Steven, and others all took great care of us during warranty issues (Takata air bag on older car) and the purchase of our first new car. Steven is a truly outstanding service professional; I recommend that you seek him out for your needs. Asta is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient salesperson. She was always informative, but never pressured us. Morris, the general manager, resolved a problem that occurred at another dealership. I verified the prices that he quoted to us through independent sources and he was always honest with us to the dollar. While we had some challenges with service and purchase, the Fairbanks Kendall Toyota crew worked diligently to help us with what we needed. In the end we came away satisfied and can easily recommend them.

  We had a wonderful buying experience from setting up our appointment to the final paperwork. Elizabeth was friendly and answered all our question patiently! This is our 4th car with this dealership and the best yet!!! We love our 2017 Highlander, it's been amazing in this snow storm!!!

  Service was great! David got my car checked in in a timely manner and made sure everything I needed done on my 4 Runner would be done that day. Called when it was finished and went over what was completed when I pick up the vehicle. As I've already stated, GREAT SERVICE!

  When I pulled up to the service door I was guided in and signaled when to stop. The guide asked me if I had an appointment and I said, "Quick Lube." He directed me to the Quick Lube window. They checked in my vehicle and told me, "about an hour." Time was 9:05. At 10:02 my vehicle was finished, a thorough explanation of what was done and I was on my way. Well done!

  I do not recommend Kendall Toyota of Fairbanks, but I went for recalled leaf springs and appreciated that, although Michael the service manager and David the advisor were busy doing several different tasks, they were able to ultimately provide a pleasant experience for me this time. I think the mechanic did a good job in the case as well.

  Asta sold me a new truck and was awesome! She was always there for me and followed up on any questions. Neal Allen was my rep when I took my Corolla in for an oil change. He was very personable, helpful, and sincere. I got a good price and efficient service.

  It was a satisfying expatriate the associates did their job in record time. One thing though I have to go back because when they rotated my tires they dif'nt fill them correctly. My tire light came on so is telling me that it needs more air.other than that I'm very with Kendall Toyota.

  I was there at 1030hrs for my appointment for an leak inspection and tire change. And they forgot about me. I didn't leave until 1500hrs. I was so piss off.☆☆. 3 days later after this post, the Manger call me to ask what happen. He was really nice. I think they might correct there actions with the service personnel. ☆☆☆

  Needed a simple repair done. I was able to get an appointment in just days, Annie got me taken care in minutes when I dropped off, the car was fixed correctly by noon, for a reasonable price. Great transaction all around.
