  The staff has alway's been super friendly, and as helpful as they can be with any of my questions/concerns. The facility has always been very clean. The recent remodeling looks excellent. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for all you do.

  I have no clue what their banking is like, but I have did multiple loans now through CU1, and I can say that the customer service I have received has been second to no one. Everyone I’ve had contact with has been friendly, fast, and helpful.

  I’ve never had an issue while bank with CU1, their staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little cramped and their exterior atm is exposed to the elements.

  ATM has been down since last Thursday 5/13, twice this month now! Kinda ridiculous that they only have 1 ATM in town that always seems to be down. Emailed them about getting another one on the west side of town and they do not feel its what's "best" for their customers at the moment. They would rather us drive 20 minutes into town to use a ATM that never works.

  I was told Mastercard will no longer allow branches to print cards and does not overnight replacements, been a member for 15 years and have yet to receive such a displeasurable response. Supremely dissatisfied

We no longer print cards in branches and overnighted cards are not available in Alaska, but we can certainly assist you with a card (including rushed) by mail.   Kind of a lame credit union in general. Doesn't work with android pay, mobile banking seems to be unorganized and impossible to navigate, full website is poorly designed and moderately difficult to navigate, access to online banking is a hit or miss, and could use more locations. The people I've talked to are genuinely kind and courteous , but, for a credit union, it's poorly structured around ease of use/access

  I've been a member for 8 years it was excellent when I joined but turned to s••t in a hurry under staffed on line banking used to be very excellent now can't even access because of the way it's designed which is very poorly they have 7 or more tills but one person working so wait time to cash a check is longer and slower than the drive through at Carl's juniors in fairbanks on airport way the ladies working there are rude and act like your taking up their pressace time they don't bank share with anybody in the lower 48 or in Alaska if I didn't have loans with them I would go to Alaska USA better all the way around that's my experience with the big CU1 never again

  Best rates I've seen in town. Real friendly employees, and their atm gives out 10's. Wouldn't bank anywhere else!

  I don't recommend banking with them! Go bank with MAC or Alaska USA! Heck even Wells Fargo is better!
