  I sold my car that was under lien at Alaska USA and the staff at AK USA made the entire transaction to pay off the lien and get a bill of sale and a lien release - this process was seamless and they took time to walk us through it. Patient and kind staff! Great loan system!

  I am DONE with Alaska USA. The way they have decided to treat their customers during the pandemic is absolutely insane. I was the 15th car in line the other day out of 32 to use the drive thru.....needless to say I gave up after 45 minutes....you cannot treat people like this....you cannot treat our MONEY like this. they only have 3 out of 6 drive thru's open....and when I asked why, I was told with an attitude, that the "other three lanes have not been operable since the nineties...." terrible bank, terrible customer service, terrible everything. Once I get a phone call back I am cancelling this account. Such a disappointment.

  Had a wonderful experience when I stopped by this afternoon to set up automatic payments on my account. Norine (may have spelled incorrectly) helped me and was very courteous and patient with me as she figured out what exactly I needed. She had everything squared away for me by the time I left which only took a few minutes. Thank you for your graciousness!

  fees, no way to get debit card edit after response. they misinform us about being able to apply for a debit card, but applying and legitimately receiving a debit card are 2 different things. go to mt. mckinley bank, they have a card printer and will get you card the same day

You can receive your debit card at the branch same day with instant issue, however, there is a known issue where debit cards cannot be printed for certain members. We are currently working to resolve this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience.   Excellent bank. I go in for deposits/withdrawals weekly. Also have also recommended the bank the numerous amounts of friends, and most have switched. Great service, not just in speed and professionalism but also very friendly and outgoing.

  Wonderful bank. Knowledgeable tellers who are kind and remember who you are. I always feel welcomed. Also it is always a pretty fast in and out for all deposit/withdrawals.

  Alaska USA is a good bank. I have banked here over 20 years. Staff are friendly and fast in lobby and at the drive window.

  Absolutely LOVE the staff at this particular location on Airport Way. I've never had a problem with anything, and if I did, they solved it without hesitation or delays.
