Alex Narveson1If I could give Kendall Honda of Fairbanks less than one star I would. In the past Kendall has been okay at best. While it is hard to get good service in Fairbanks I do expect something over nothing. During the last few weeks I have called numerous times for the parts department with no answer or call back. Today I called again looking for the manager. Like the past calls I was placed on hold for awhile and then answered by the secretary again. Needless to say Kendall Honda of Fairbanks has NO customer service and I will order any and all parts from anyone but them from now on.

Randy Reese5personnel were friendly and professional during the time I was there getting my vehicle worked on. The courtesy shuttle was of excellent service and dropped me off and picked me up from my work location in a timely manner. Overall a great experience and would recommend Kendall Fairbanks to everyone

After going to Continental Subaru, we were so frustrated that it was worth driving 12 hours round trip for the service we received from Kendall. We worked with Kendra, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

They worked with the budget I had and my trade in to get me a sweet deal and a warranty for the time I will be in fairbanks. Jew Dy4The sales staff are the best and they do whatever it takes to make me happy. I have purchased three new cars in the past 7 years. However, the service center is difficult to put it mildly. It is sort of a culture shock to go from my old cars that when they went in for "issues" to be quoted hundreds of dollars for repairs to come to an era of warranty service where nothing is ever wrong with my car. It is user error. My Bluetooth does work properly: it is my device...except I have had the same problemS with four devices. It is cold in the passenger cabin at idle for long periods when it is very cold outside: I have the defrost on too high and the car can't warm up. Oil consumption is very high: 6 visits for an oil consumption test at 30 minutes to an hour each to find that yes, indeed there is an oil leak. They bring my car in and fix it. I am still consuming a quart a month. I don't even want to discuss it with my service adviser because he is going to just give me lip service. I understand that they don't want to pay for servicing my car under warranty. So, I bought a new one yesterday and now it is someone else's problem.

"Max" Ott2Yikes! Two unreturned messages to Service Advisors. A fight over who was supposed to handle me when I brought my new-to-me Honda Pilot in for an oil change, 1.5 hours waiting for the vehicle, not everything I asked for accomplished, having to come back in when they were done because they forgot to reset my Oil Life indicator then drained my battery (which took an extra 30 minutes to fix). The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because they were nice about it all and most likely gave me a big discount judging by the difference in the estimate. Hoping my next experience is better.

Liam Toney4Scheduled me for a service appointment to fix a recalled airbag inflator. I showed up as scheduled. I was told they were "swamped" and rescheduled to 1.5 weeks later. No call ahead of time to notify me, so I wasted my time. Please be more communicative. -- EDIT: I was called by the service manager and scheduled for the following business day. Thanks for making it right.
