  Emilie was outstanding in every process of our refinance. She answered our questions anytime of the day.   My wife and I used Kendall Mortgage Corporation to secure a loan for our new dream home! At first I questioned whether I should use a bank or a mortgage lender. After speaking with Emilie Maynard she sold us on the advantages of using a lender and not a bank and she was right. The whole experience with Emilie was amazing! She was right there every step of the way keeping complete, uninterrupted communication with us throughout the entire process. Whether it be 7am on a Wednesday morning or 9pm on a Sunday evening she was at our service if we had any questions about anything. With a bank, you're a number and you have to wait in line. With Emilie, it was definitely business with a personal feel to it and for that we wouldn't change anything. Thanks again!

  Emilie made the whole house-buying situation such a breeze! I was able to ask her any question with a fast response. John Kendall was very professional, found all my loan options, explained each of them in great detail, then compared all the different rates and options. John’s analysis and thorough knowledge of both FHA and Coventional loans was my driving factor in working with Kendall Mortgage for my financial needs. At Kendall Mortgage you know you are in great hands. I felt that Kendall Mortgage made all efforts to get me my best rate, and they handled everything from start to finish. If I had any questions from basic to advanced, they took their time to explain them to me and made me feel very confident that I chose the best options for my needs.
