  I was a customer with Nicholas Financial with my first car loan in my name only, after my divorce. They financed me, gave me a great rate and were so down to earth and great to work with. When my hours were cut and I had a hard time paying on time, they worked with me and helped me get back on track. Darren never made me feel belittled or judged when I had to make a payment arrangement. The best thing I like is they hire local people and so it outsource their customer service to foreign staff who you cannot understand! I will use their services again when I buy a new car.

  Like everyone else trying to reestablish my credit, I was in a position to use the services of Nicholas financial. Not only were they very professional but they were very friendly as wel. All my questions were answered and if I needed a phone call returned they would return my calls in a timely manner. They were always very helpful and there when I needed them. I have no negativity against this company or their employees and I highly recommend them.

  One of the best financial institutions I have ever done business with, the fact that you get to talk to real people instead of recorded robots with push button prompt’s makes getting real help easy and the staff is amazing. Nicholas is also a local company so then company that’s investing in you to help when all the big banks say they can’t help, this home grown institute finds a way to get you the money you need and your not sending it Across the world it stays in Florida and gets put back in the community you live in.

  I love this finance place. Most places that I have financed through are super money hungry but Nicholas financial has truly worked with me the last few months. I love speaking with any of the team because each of them make you feel like humans and not dollars signs. I have had the hardest of times getting over Covid and they have demonstrated time and time again that they are willing to work with me! I am forever grateful for what they have done for me and my family in making sure I still have our vehicle! Thank you soo much Nicholas financial for remember we are humans and not just money.
