  #kendallhomes has cheated us out of our home! Somehow they are blocking my Google review! Please read share and comment. Please ask your contacts to do the same. My Fiancé Chris has been trying to post this all day Seriously, where is the 0 star? I signed a contract with Kendall Homes Dec 26 2020. I decided to sign that day as the agent for Kendall Homes told me prices were being raised Jan 1st and again Feb 1 and I should make my decision and lock in my price. I was given an estimate close date 8/25/21. We spent months picking options, going to Home Pro, pre-construction meeting. Many trips to the home site, and it took forever for Kendall Homes to start the build. Finally May 20th 5 months after we signed our foundation was poured! We were so excited to drive up every week looking as the home was framed, roofed and we are now done with drywall and brick has been delivered! YAY! Our new home is going to be done, a few months late, but heck, it happens. I was expecting a call to schedule my initial inspection after drywall completion. What I recieved last night was a call on my drive home. Erin Rucker wanted to give me an update. Erin Rucker's update was my house was going to cost me $60,000.00 more that the contract price! Kendall Homes was increasing the price of my new home 20%. When I told Erick Rucker I could not afford to pay over $40,000.00 more than the appraised price of the home she said thats ok, somebody else will buy it! Do youself a huge favor and avoid doing business with Kendall Homes! Save yourself the heart ache! Save your emotions!   Excellent builder for first time home buyers. After years of living in a 2 bedroom apartment and a couple of issues that I had with my credit, I never thought that I could afford my own home. Kendall helped me build my credit while they were building my beautiful new HOUSE. They really helped me accomplish what I never thought would be possible! Now, the money I pay every month goes to something that I own, not someone else. Thank you for helping me to finally start living the American Dream! I would not have been able to do it without Kendall Homes.

  This is a very corrupted company, run far away from them. We bought a house 6mos ago and we have poured thousands in repairs. This is beyond not ok, especially buying a never lived in home. The sprinkler head flew off within the first week. Which we called a company to check the sysyem. Found out they placed the fence ON TOP of the sprinkler pipes, busted them. Meaning $300 to repair and fix the damage they are at fault for. Then the toilet upstairs leaked through the dining room ceiling causing another $500 repair. Then kitchen sink busted and we needed to change the board underneath. Mind you when we bought the house they said they would replace previous water damage underneath the sink. We found out they lied and just covered it up. If the sink wouldnt have busted we would have never known what they did. Then the topping on the cake is the fireplace. Worked when we seen the house once moved in it was broken. Like really? Its a $850 repair. Basically all new parts in a old rusted box. Im so sick of Kendalls corrupted ways.

  Mr. Mendez we are sorry to hear about all your issues that you have had with your home. Unfortunately the home you purchased is 14 years old although never lived in it’s still a 14 year home not a new home. You purchased the home from DKG Properties’s not Kendall Homes. The home was sold to you as is just like any other resale home. You also received a Choice Home 1 year warranty coverage that typically comes with resale homes.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I represented a buyer to purchase one of their homes. They were supposed to regrade the backyard before closing and ended up taking more dirt out and piling it up. They also cut several irrigation wires. It has been over a month without anything being done about that and other issues. Very unprofessional and they won't take care of anything that they are supposed to. Do not purchase a home from Kendall homes.

  I do not recommend doing business at all with Kendall homes. They do not take care of business! Slackers and procrastinators is about all you will get. Dont invest in a long term investment with this company especially when there are plenty more out there that will take good care of you. Do research on this company the other reviews are pretty bad that I've seen and my small experience wasn't good either. Thank goodness I didn't get real involved before I saw the incompetent presentations.

  We recently had a home built with Kendall homes. Although it took longer than expected with a few snags along the way Kendall homes worked with us through the process and made sure we were happy in the end.

  Rodney Building a home is a process and a partnership between builder and buyer. Although we try our best for a smooth process oftens times things happen that cause delays during the build.   Great builder! Lots of items are included that other builders we saw charge more for. Definitely worth the money! Never had an issue with customer service.

  The operator doesn’t answer. I called three times. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone, I was transferred to their voicemail 3 times.
