  Me again. Went back in and saw my bracelets they stole from me on sale! Asked to have manager to call me back regarding the loan they ‘lost’. It was put in with their stock. The manager refuses to call me back. These people are crooks! They will down right steal from a disabled older woman and not think twice about it!!!

  I am sorry. But did you not default on your loan. I am certain that if payments where made on time every month then the bracelets would have never been out for sale. I am sorry about this. Just know that if you are not able to make a payment and need more time just call, believe we do not want your merchandise we would much rather you pick it up

  I just went in to purchase a Birthday gift. I don't know if they thought I couldn't afford anything in this store but never once was did they care to ask if I wanted to see the watch I kept looking at in the case. Oh well I guess I will spend my 2grand at Wright pawn on westhimer..smh word of advice people who are about the money don't care to indulge in what your political views are!

  Did a loan with them. Problem 1, my ticket number on page given did not match what was in computer problem 2 they did not write a full description of my items. (Check that! Make sure every item is listed, take a picture!). When I paid it off my items were nowhere to be found. Over the course of a month of going back in I kept finding my items on display to be sold. What a horrible feeling to see your personal items that have sentimental value for sale. They did try their best to get my items back to me, I will give them that. They realized they made a mistake a tied very hard to make it right. But in the end, I am still out two large pieces of jewelry I will never see again. And the value of them lost. The sentimental value gone as well. Such a big disappointment and at a loss as what to do. Don’t let it happen to you. Learn from my mistakes. Make sure every item is on your ticket. I don’t care if they are busy, they need to type everything out and take a picture!!!!

  Upon entering I went to the gun counter. The guy working behind the counter was great my grip were that the gun prices are way over priced for used or new guns. A ruger lcp not the lcp2 was listed at $319 you can buy a new one from academy for $199 this is price gouging at its worst.

  I bought a watch and was told it was in good working condition, and there was nothing wrong other than a few scratches. The day after I noticed that the watch was not working properly, the date did not change. I waited a few days to make sure it was a consistent problem. I took it back 06/24 and told them that the watch that they sold me was not working properly like they had said it was. I told them that had I known that the watch was not in full working condition I would not have purchased it. They told me that there was nothing they would do. The store sold a non working watch, did not disclose the fact that it was not in good working condition and refused to fix the problem with either a refund, store credit, or fixing the watch. I recently took it to a watch repair store and its going to cost $750 for the repairs for watch that they told me there was no problems with. There are other places to do business with. If they had given me a store credit I would give them a better review. Go somewhere else to do business.

  I Was sold a ring that was suppose to be 14kt gold, they lied. I had it checked at a local jewelry store it was 10kt gold.The gold mark was removed from the ring. They are a dishonest sleazy business and should be put out of business. There may have been a previous bad owner or employees but they were replaced by even more unethical people. Go else where to make your jewelry purchases even if it costs a little more.

  They're not the most talkative, outwardly friendly, nor extending the due date type of pawn shop owners...they wouldn't even extend me one day and I called ahead to ask...due on Thursday, I get paid Friday... I was advised to get a loan as they wouldn't hold it even a day. BUT...business is business...they always help me out when I'm in a jam and they pay out good money for the firearms you pawn...none of the, "I'll loan you 25.00 bucks for a gun worth hundreds" They loan solid amounts and let you take forever to pay them back...sure, it costs interest over and over again, but they keep their word, your guns are safe and exactly as you left them. Thumbs up here!

  Be weary of purchasing a guitar here. I almost bought an LTD electric guitar, but upon closer examination, found that there was a crack in the body where the bolt screws on. If I hadn't noticed until I got home, I'm fairly certain they would not have accepted a return. This should have been noticed by the staff. Either they didn't notice, and have no business selling guitars, or they did notice, and don't care that they are selling severely damaged guitars without indicating such.

  Dont do any business with these crooks. They always acted like it was a bother that you were there even if it was to give them money. I went in the other day to extend my loan only to find out they had pulled my gun already. Only 3 days had passed since the due date and he said sorry and walked away. What jerks!!! Other places give you some time, not these people. Lost a gun I have had for 15 years. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving. There has got to be a better place in Katy than this dump.
