  As a Realtor, I have worked with Bobby as the lender for my clients. My clients have had positive experiences with him from their perspective. Bobby has worked to help secure contracts and ensure we close quickly. Recently, my husband and I used Bobby’s services for a cash-out refinance and a purchase of an investment property. Bobby and his team did not disappoint! He ran numbers for us several different times to make sure everything made sense. He was in constant communication. Just days before closing, our home insurance provider was ending the policy we chose. We had to select a new policy which meant our loan had to go back through underwriting. Thanks to Bobby’s communication with our insurance provider and the underwriters, we were able to close on time. The AmCap app made it so easy to get Bobby all required paperwork to him. The process for both loans was smooth. I highly recommend Bobby Yu and his team!

  Working with Bobby for the last 5 years on all of my Buyer transactions has been nothing short of amazing. He is always ready to close on or before closing day. I never have to chase him down to answer questions because no one told me. I get biweekly updates and always know where the loan stands. Other Agents in the transaction love the way that he communicates with everyone involved. It’s undeniably the best service, knowledge, and care for the people involved in the industry.
