  This pawn shop is really expensive they have a lot of new items and a selling it for the same price or more that you would get from a retail store stay away from this pawn shop you're wasting your time.

  I have been here a few times and I always find something. I have gotten beautiful jewelry and I and a laptop that works great from here. The people are really friendly and fair on their prices. I would recommend checking them out before going to any retailer.

  I've used other pawn shops in the past, now I'll only use Kempsville Pawn. Crystal and her dad went out of their way to help me. Professional and friendly service. They genuinely care about their customers.

  I’ve been going to this pawn shop since my first daughter was born 13 years ago and I’m from Norfolk. I’ve been late and they’ve always allowed me to keep my stuff and pay instead of loosing it. Real nice, professional, and all around great people. Even when I’d ask for more than what it’s worth on a loan they’ve looked out for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Some of the nicest people I've ever met. They go above and beyond to help out any way they can. If you're in a tight spot and need some money but are afraid of losing your stuff - Kempsville Pawn is the only pawn shop I would trust.

  They were very nice and polite and loan me $300 my first time being a customer and allowed me to pay my repawn fee on the phone I would go there again if I need them
