M Days1I USED to love our local dealership when it was Automax Ford, but since the Keating Auto Group bought the Automax dealerships in Kileen, service has been HORRIBLE! I called Saturday morning at 9:00am to schedule an oil change for my Expedition and my husband's F150. I asked for someone to call ASAP with the price for my husband's truck because we needed it done ASAP and was looking at other places to get it done. THREE HOURS LATER, nobody called, so I called them back at 12:30pm. I let them know I was disappointed that nobody had called and said that my husband already got his oil change done because of how long it took just to get a PRICE. Today, Monday, at 3:30pm they finally called us back to schedule a time for BOTH of our vehicles to get an oil change. Rather presumptuous. So either the person who took the message was incompetent, or the person reading the message was incompetent. When I explained this situation to the person that called today, she said, "Well, we were closed yesterday." I'm like...so what? Why didn't someone call me on Saturday? Or even first thing today? She said, "Well we only have one person responding to messages." That's NO excuse. Sorry, but if you can't handle the heat, stay away from the fire! I didn't like her sassy attitude, I obviously think the service and competence of those on the phones is severely lacking, and I think the Keating Group has some BIG improvements they need to make! Oh, and...great job taking over Automax's reviews like they are your own! Those reviews belong to THEM, not to the Keating Group's takeover of our local dealership!

Liliana V1My name is Liliana and I recently thought a purchased a great car from the keating toyota group but I was wrong. They took advantage of a hispanic woman, a first time buyer who shouldn't have any problem getting whatever deal. I was lied to about my final purchase price by Sergio Ortega, financial manager, and Shawn Nawaz, product specialist. Over charging me $15000 in add-ons and did not give me initial MSRP that was dicussed. I was withheld information about what exactly was on my contract. I was given a USB with incomplete paperwork. When I went back, I was treated very rudely. I stayed there for hours, coming back several days trying to resolve this issue but instead I was being laughed at. Anson Jones the general manager is telling me to contact toyota and a lawyer and that everything I am saying to "blatantly false." They do not try to resolve things, that's how much they care. They don't care about customers, only profit. This is the keating group for you.

You are a 1st time buyer that received 2.9% interest which is unheard of for someone with extremely limited credit. You are getting advice from someone that works at a note lot that is either far removed from how things have changed but we do business the right way. I’m sorry you feel you were taking advantage of but he most definitely were not and get an extremely fair deal for a first time buyer or anyone for that matter. I fix things when I can but in this case be did nothing wrong.

Your store took advantage of a hispanic woman who had little experience purchasing a vehicle. On a 2021 Toyota RAV4 I should have had the contract at about $33452 for the vehicle price at $464 /72 months with a 2.9%. That's with the $29,500 MSRP that Shawn said he would give me. But instead I this is what I got: Total sales price/payments: $50,150 (Shawn was having me focus on the "sub total" which was in the low 30,000s) Financial Charge: $4,226.17 Cash Price/w taxes: $36279.29 Add ons that were not explained to me: Prepaid maintenance: $2,450 Tire and Wheel: $2,730 Mechanical Breakdown: $ 3,161.00 GAP insurance (which is the only thing I thought I was adding on): $850 Apex (GPS): $614 Paint and Interior protection: $171 Windshield protection: $269 Selling price plus the back end products that I had no idea that was on my contract until I got home adds up to me paying way more that was talked about. That's why I left the car there in the lot . This is just coming from one of many customers they have taken advantage of. What I was told by Sergio, Shawn, Eric and by you, Anson, that nothing is able to be done. I will keep posting and letting everyone know what kind of ethics and dishonesty you all are running at keating toyota.
