Great online tools and communication during a time when face to face meetings are unwelcome due to COVID-19. They got us a great rate and terms! We highly recommend their services

  Called to inquire about lending. Traci acted like she just didn’t have the time and seemed rushed. If this is how she is on just me inquiring then I think she’d a nightmare to actually do the lending with. Definitely missed a bullet on that one and didn’t go any further than a phone call.

  To start off, i HATE leaving negative reviews. However, i feel this one is necessary. I reached out to Traci Green via email, attempting to get approved on a 2nd mortgage. I filled out their online application, emailed over pay stubs, necessary tax returns, etc. Traci did email me back a couple of simple questions, which i answered within minutes. Then her assistant (i assume) emailed me back asking for the tax return passwords (they were included in the orig. emails, had one scrolled down) and then crickets. Literally crickets. I have YET to hear a reply from anyone. I understand i was a unique situation attempting to purchase a second home. It was going to be hard for me to get approved. However, a simple NO we are not able to do anything for you would have sufficed. Still nothing to this day, 2 months later. I hear amazing things about Wallick & Volk, yet that was not my experience. Just had to share what happened w/ my situation. On a side note, i was in fact able to get the 2nd mortgage via a local bank :-)

  I find it funny you can't find me in your database since you pulled my credit report. 🤔 Was told you could meet my mortgage needs but then AFTER credit was pulled I was told you do not offer the type of loan we were looking for. We found it elsewhere so obviously NOT impossible. Definitely wouldn't recommend y'all to anyone.

  Very unprofessional. Would not provide copy of credit report to confirm scoring used. Would not return calls and has an attitude. Will not be doing business with her. Beware
