  Was not able to contact service advisor to get updates on repairs. Left messages and call was never returned. Jeff in service was most helpful in giving me some answers. Repairs should have been complete by noon if they had just contacted me. Why bother making an appointment when there is no effort to follow through

  We just recently purchased our Chrysler Pacifica from Toyota of Victoria, the experience was exceptional. Ford Yeager our sales guy was very helpful, would love to recommend him, look for Ford if you are planning to visit this dealership. Toby Williams at the finance office got the deal that we wanted.   Staff were polite and offered me to go to Atzenhoffer which would be cheaper. I paid the money for the oil change because I know that booking an appointment with Atzenhoffer could take a week. They had a nice waiting area and friendly staff.

  I always have a good experience here. I use to hate using dealerships for service, but I do not feel this way about Toyota Victoria. I have been a faithful customer since 2013. Michele in the service department is FANTASTIC !!

  I bought a new transmitter and key for my Camry they changed me $371.25 for them. I went today to pick them up and they changed me another $85.00 to activate it. When I paid the $371 they told me that included everything. It doesn’t make sense to pay this much for a damn key!!!!!!!!

  No gimmicks, no back door antics, price was agreed to online and paperwork was filled out. Didn't try to sell me into a ton of extras that you don't need. Great experience.

  The highest trade in value for my vehicle so I jumped on it after locating another vehicle at one of Ben Keating's other dealership's. Danny and Crystal were terrific. Took awhile for financing to be completed though.
