  We finally own a home🏡 Thank you so much to Katrina Higgins’s for all her help and expertise. She really helped us a lot in many ways like choosing a house that is newly built and be in a community/ subdivision that we really like that is close proximity to our work place and kids school. We really love it. I remember that evening when Katrina Higgins announced to me after she followed up the builder that there’s one house that became available that time which was exactly what I wanted and waited for, a 4 bedroom and a 3 full bathroom wherein the first floor must have a bedroom and a full bath for my parents or guests. It was really a surprise to me knowing that it was not available by the time we inquire. I hurriedly made a reservation. Furthermore, she also helped me get a much lower interest rate. Katrina was really a blessing since I don’t know anybody in our area that I can easily trust. I am so proud of Katrina, she’s truly a Filipino with a heart. She will really remind and give updates and even offer to find us a surveyor, transporter etc...It really is a big help on our part especially that we’re so busy with work and kids. Great job Katrina! 👍👏That is the reason why I Strongly recommend her 💕 Again, thank you and most especially to our Lord, the Almighty Father.

  Wow! Wow! Wow! Offer above asking in 6 hours. Katrina was unbelievable and relentless for us as sellers. Her market value and appraisal of the home before we started was on the money. (other realtors low balled us). She had short and long term goals to getting us to the end sale. She was delightful and passionate from day 1. It started with her introduction, continued through the showing process and finally to the closing table. She literally had daily contact and follow through. The tools she provided were unbelievable. She went to all lengths to help find us a rental and secure contractors. She made our home gorgeous!! We liked her so much that she is now our agent to purchase and build!! Do yourself a favor and TRUST this woman. Make the call. You will be thankful you did. I will absolutely be keeping her in my contacts!! My wife and I are grateful for Katrina!   Katrina helped me find the perfect home for me and my fur family😋🐶🐱🐭🐰 . As a first time home buyer my mind was all over the place and I had a million and a half questions. Katrina was able to answer them all and kept me at ease (which I’m sure was a job in itself) 😂 She was very professional and willing to go above and beyond to find the perfect place.   Awesome! is what I call her. From start to finish, she was right there. She never let my mind wonder too long. She told me in the beginning that my house would sale, and just like that it sold. Not only did it sell, I got 20, over the asking price. Her work speaks for itself. My house went on the market, she staged it to the point that I was thinking about changing my mind...lol. Before open house people were riding around looking and asking questions. Open house was for 3days and after that a decision was made. If you ask me if I would use her again, I will say yes 100 times.

  If it weren't for her, we wouldn't find the place, that now we call home.She is such a blessing to us, and working with her is fantastic.
