  Working with Michael was an absolutely wonderful experience. What I truly appreciated most about Michael is his honesty. From the beginning, he offered me the very best interest rate he could find with the lowest costs. Other brokers did not and tried to offer rates and points that benefited their commission. Michael always has his customers best interest at heart and it shows. He is caring, responsive, and will work to solve any issues that arise in a timely manner. Thank you for taking care of my family and I! We will be back as repeat customers!

  As first time home buyers, we were very nervous due to all of the horror stories that usually come with buying a home. Questions from, “Are we getting a good deal on rates?” to “Is this the best purchasing option for our financial situation?” seemed to flood our heads because of our ignorance on the subject. We showed interest in a few lending agents at first, but when Michael Wolff replied to us, he seemed to have all the answers that we needed and more. He not only showed us multiple options to multiple scenarios, but he took his time to walk us through each one until we fully understood everything. I understand that this should be every lending agent’s duty, but where Michael excelled was being 100% available for us when we needed him. He would always reply to our messages very quickly and seemed to never have an issue with dropping what he was doing in order to make us confident in our decision making. Most importantly, Michael’s above and beyond efforts were the actual tipping factor to the seller choosing our offer. He personally made a phone call to the selling agent when we put in an offer and his strong advocacy towards our buying cause ended up winning us the bid. Even the selling agent had great things to say about Michael and his team. We not only highly recommend Michael to (anyone starting the home buying) act as anyone’s lending agent, but we recommend other lending agents to learn how to replicate Michael and his teams efforts. Overall, our house buying process went extremely smooth, we are no longer scared of buying houses, and we give that credit to Michael and his team. We sincerely hope people read this review and strongly consider Michael Wolff as their lending agent.

  We went into purchasing our home with little knowledge on how the mortgage process works and how to navigate the waters successfully. Michael was phenomenal! He assisted us every step of the way. He helped with every question and concerning that we had and was always available. Without Michael and his team, this process would have been much harder.   Michael was so helpful getting our VA loan with the best rate. He showed us a comparison of options to make sure we got what would work for us. He even checked to see if there were lower rates after we had already locked in our rate. The loan closed on time with no issues. He was excellent to communicate anything we needed to sign or review especially if there was a deadline to meet. I highly recommend his services.

  Great experience with Wolff Financial. We pre-approved well before we needed to so when it was go time, everything was ready. Rates were competitive, closing costs were reasonable, and both Natalie and Michael were a pleasure to work with! Natalie is one of the fastest (and friendliest) loan processors we've ever worked with. We had a pretty short turn around from contract to close and they made it happen! Highly recommend Michael and his team for your all your mortgage needs.

  Simple: Michael is the man. He got the job done, and his availability for communication was above and beyond what anyone can ask for. Also, the fact that he’s not locked into one bank means he can shop multiple sources, which proved helpful for me. He’s got YouTube videos for general questions you may have. He also clearly knows his stuff, and even sends you personalized videos to explain what you need to know. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my loved ones looking for a lender. Thanks Michael!

  Micheal was awesome to work with. He genuinely cares and takes the time to talk to you. He was responsive to all of my questions and made me personalize video explaining everything. As a first time home buyer, this was very beneficial. I can say that I truly trust him and he is a honest person. The whole home buying process was smooth and we did not have any issues; from the start of pre-approval to closing day. He will take care of everything he’s responsible for. Best part is that he saved us thousands of dollars and got us a great rate. Highly recommend him! If you’re on the fence between lenders, getting started, or shopping around, get in touch with him.
