  It was truly a pleasure to work with Andy. In this type of market where stress is super high on buyers, Andy made the process very easy, quick, and streamlined. He was super helpful and very very VERY accommodating. He went above and beyond what was required of him to enable me (with his team) to meet my deadline.   I have used Andy multiple times when purchasing our homes, and he makes the process painless.....and somehow fun along the way. He went above and beyond getting the paperwork to go thru the day after a "NC snowstorm" when it didn't seem like anyone else was willing to help.
