  Nevin and his team were excellent from start to finish. As a first time homebuyer, there was a lot I didn't know. Nevin walked me through the entire process and even gave me a crash course on how bond markets work during an hour long zoom call, at no extra charge. He was always very quick to respond and made the process very easy. You will not be disappointed after working with Nevin.

  My experience with Nevin Williams and his team was truly phenomenal. Communicative, professional and reassuring is exactly what you are looking for when buying a new home. As a first time home buyer, I was anxious about the home buying process, but Nevin and his team guided me at every step. I needed to put in an offer one day after I spoke with Nevin on the phone for the first time, and he was able to help me to start the application and to provide a pre-qualification letter within 8 hours. Nevin listened to my needs and my situation, and presented a variety of options in structuring the loan. He explained the process throughly, and walked me through every single step. As the result, he got me fully approved for the loan 1 week before my closing date! He was always there to answer all my questions within few hours and always open to jump on a call. He was truly put my needs as his priority and providing the best rate and services throughout. As a bonus, their web application site makes uploading docs very easy. Buying a home for the first time is an overwhelming process so it is nice to have a supportive team on your side. Nevin and His team were a pleasure to work with. I still cannot really believe that we are now homeowners. I definitely recommend anyone who need to buy a new home or refinance your current home to reach out and work with them.
