She was great about walking me through ALL of the details of my pre-approval, and keeping my realtor in the loop! Karyn helped me explore different price points, and how that would impact my monthly expenses—she really made me feel comfortable in knowing I was making an informed decision!   Karyn McAlpin came through for me multiple times leading up to the closing. Without her great advice and knowledge I would have given up on being able afford my house. In the end I received an interest rate so low that my friends are jealous, and I have a comfortable monthly payment. Any time I need a mortgage in the future, I'm contacting Karyn.

  Karyn was so personal and worked so hard to make sure we got our mortgage loan. She made it as effortless as possible. It was clear that she actually cared about us from the start and I will definitely use her in the future. I ended up making a mistake in the middle of the process and Karyn worked so diligently to ensure that we still were able to get the loan. I can not recommend her enough. I never would have thought someone would have worked so hard for someone that never knew before. It was like she was a longtime friend or family member that was trying their hardest for us.

  We were introduced to Karyn McAlpin through our realtor John Green. We were buying a home in Fort Mill basically (Virtually) out of California, and as you can imagine a very stressful and anxiety filled event. Karyn was absolutely a blessing in disguise. She made the process a breeze and took away all the anxiety and unknowns. Her professionalism, timeliness, and above all, transparency made it a wonderful experience. I am a first time home buyer and had no clue about what I was doing, Karyn and her team walked me through everything.
