  I have had 2 great experiences with Carolinas Telco at this location both have been with Kendrick Williams. He has been knowledgeable about the products offered and made my loan experience quick and painless. He had so much patience with my multiple questions and inquires about the different products offered at Telco. I recommend Carolinas Telco and Kendrick Williams 100%.

  I recently purchased a new car and Carolina Telco and it was absolutely the best decision I made. Kendrick was wonderful, and easy to work with. I will definitely use them for all of my lending needs!

  Just completed an auto refi with Carolinas Telco. I purchased my vehicle on-line from an out of state dealership, using the dealerships preferred lender a few months ago. It took the dealership almost 3 months to process my title paperwork. What a pleasure it was to work with Elizabeth at CTFCU. She was able to process my refi loan in two days, cut my interest rate by more than half, all through email and I have yet to step into the branch. I enjoy working with professionals who provide the services and products that are needed with convenience and an attitude that caters to a busy schedule. I look forward to working with them again.

  I went through a dealership and got hooked up with Kendrick with Carolinas Telco. Kendrick helped me review options of my loan amount, and budget for monthly payments. The cars at that dealership ended up being too high so Kendrick suggested that I shop for cars elsewhere. When I finally found a car I liked and in my budget, he was very kind and patient in the process, and made the deal smooth and easy. I'm so grateful to have my auto loan through CTFCU at a decent apr and in a car I love! I had issues getting approved at other major banks and dealerships but CTFCU gave me a chance. Thanks Kendrick!!!

  Throughout my life, I have done business with a myriad of different banks. From basic Checking and Savings accounts to multiple auto and home loans. Without a doubt, Carolina's Telco has been the easiest and friendliest place that I have had a pleasure of doing business with. I must say, i can be a little needy. Lorretta most recently helped me with an auto loan. I called on a Thursday, and without having to go into their branch, i was able to apply and complete my loan in the matter of a couple hours via email and Docusign.   The best place to make a Home or Car logan at the best interest and lower down payment. Credit Unions are much better than banks. Be a member

  I am so happy I established my banking relationship with Telco. From the very beginning it has been life changing. The branch manager Mr. Bentley is knowledgeable and an expert in everything finance. He was able to help me better understand ways to get a handle on my finances and prioritize my savings. I recently worked with LaShawn to finance a new vehicle. She made the process so seamless. I am so happy with my new car and the rate was extremely low and affordable. I would recommend telco without hesitation to anyone interested in establishing a new banking relationship. They are amazing!!!!

  Carolinas Telco offers have great rates for loans, and there is a checking options that pays 2% on the balance. The people that work in the Cornelius branch are always super friendly. If you can, you should check them out and join.

  I was informed yesterday that the loan officer, Kay, was let go by you. I have worked with Kay for 3 years and she was the best. My entire family dealt with her. She worked hard for all of us getting us the best loan for our needs. We will be looking elsewhere for our banking needs. In my opinion, you lost the best when you let Kay go.

  I was recently informed that Kay was let go from Carolinas Telco. I have been banking with Carolinas Telco for over 12 years because of the amazing customer service that she provided. It is a shame to see her go, and shows me there is not really a reason to stay either.
