  Just when you thought that the home town bank feeling and customer service had all gone, then here comes Aquesta, I have done banking at many places but the Cornelius Branch of Aquesta has gone far above to handle any and all kinds of issues that I have had. Thank you so much Rhonda, Robin, and Ji for restoring my faith in how banking should be, about the customer. I would highly recommend!!

  Ok so first of all, they don't do in-house cards, you have to wait for them to be mailed. Which, fine, whatever. Except for the fact that it took them three tries and TWO months to send my card to the right address (even though my address has not changed). So I had no digital access to that money for two months and had to take cash out all the time. On top of this, yesterday I deposit a check and say "it will be processed by 12AM tomorrow". Well, 10AM rolls around and I call to see where my check is. "Sorry, we can manually put it in in and it will drop within the hour". Two hours roll by, nothing. I call again, I am told that actually there was a power outage, and that no one knows how long it will take for me to get my money. I still do not have my money. I am switching banks as soon as possible, but for now I am stuck in limbo waiting for my check to arrive ~maybe someday~😒😒😒😒

  I am a retired corporate executive turned small business owner in NC who has lived around the globe and at one time or another has banked with some of the biggest names in the business,. I have to say without reservation that this little bank called Aquesta is by far the greatest find in my long career. Not only is it faster and more agile than the big banks but its people are far smarter and exude superb customer focus into every transaction. I have transferred all of my wealth in to this bank without reservation and have personally met the leadership team and without a doubt they are not only astute business professionals but truthfully community minded as proven by their actions.   I am totaling impressed by the service my business and I have received by Aquesta Bank during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They were easy to work with and helped me get my PPP loan and worked with me to manage payments on my commercial real estate loan so we could all move out of this whole. Very responsive!!

  Great customer service! I talk to real people who get my questions answered and look after me promptly. Much more personal experience than working with the big banks... Highly recommend.

  I have 8 accounts here and have loved this bank! Been with several other local banks including BOA etc and their service is very personable!
