  We had the BEST experience! Our refi just went through a week ago and we are so happy! The whole team is amazing - including the notary and appraiser they used. We went from struggling to get a company to do our refi to getting back more in our cash out than we thought we could while also keeping a decent rate. I will recommend Kal Financial to everyone!!   We completely trust and highly recommend the team of mortgage brokers at KAL Financial. Right now we are finishing up our second refinance with David, Jeanette and Karla, and both experiences have been wonderful from start to finish.   This was my first home mortgage transaction. We had checked out 12 other companies before selecting KAL. Why? We liked the rates and felt that they were more trustworthy. Karla was awesome. She kept us informed throughout the process. Also, she provided good information and updates. When she didn’t know the answer to a question, she got the info and called us back. I recommend Karla and the team to anyone looking for a smooth mortgage transaction with excellent rates and customer service.

  I have done a few refinances through Kal Financial and this might have been the best yet. I received the lowest interest rate I could find as well as the most helpful and responsive staff throughout the process. My rate is now so low I may never refi again, but if I do I would most deifinitely do it with David and Kal Financial

  I liked everything about using David to close my loans. I refinanced 6 properties all at the same time and David got it all done for me. I have used him before in the past and will always use him. He communicated with me as needed. David always gives me the best advice and everything he says I trust. For me, David is the best loan officer. I always recommend him to anyone needing help.

  5 Stars This was technically my second time using David. We first used him in 2011 to purchase our home. This last time we refinanced it. David provides great service and he was very accommodating to my requests. I also received great rates each time. I recommend them to other folks, and happy to recommend them to people I know. I will not hesitate to use him again.

  I was recommended to Kal Financial through a friend so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed, and boy were they right. I had so many questions never having done a home loan before, and David provided answers to everything I asked in a way that I could easily understand. The customer service was amazing, and for something that most people wring their hands over, my wife and I went through with little to no stress at all. On side note, I was very impressed with the Kal Financial website as well. Their site is much more informative and easy to navigate then many others I had tried. I highly recommend if you're looking for fast and friendly customer service right along with competitive rate! Bravo!

  4 Stars This was not my first time using David. The last 2 times my loan was tricky because my home went from owner occupied to a rental. This made it more difficult compared to a normal refinance. The staff was very courteous and easy to talk with. There was a few times when it had been forgotten that this was a rental property, so I reminded them. We closed on time which we were pleased. I have recommended others to David.
