Mike and his team at Mosaic, which included Faith and Kelsey, were all wonderful from day one. They worked diligently with me for months to get me pre approved and prepare me with all the information I needed to take this huge step.   The team at Mosaic is amazing. They transform an opaque, stressful process into one that is manageable and easily understood.   Awesome team of people who work diligently to fulfill customer needs and desires. I got the no BS approach which expedited me through what could have been a long and arduous process. Mike's team made it much easier to understand, plan, organize, execute, and not waste time finding the right financial approach. They are very thorough, detailed and focused on what you *really* need to know (vs lots distraction/deflection from the cold hard truth). I highly recommend as my experience was ultra positive.   Awesome service, communication, and honest group of people I have ever worked with! I went in buying a new home with my bank agent until Mike came in and helped guide us thru the whole process! I mean from the beginning till the end! He was and still is, always there with his quick response and answers. He was super flexible with my crazy schedule and commute, but still went out of his way to make things work best for us. Awesome group of people!! I would recommend to anyone who is in need of help!

  Michael and the entire Mosaic team were great to work with. From our initial conversation, I knew that he had the heart of a teacher which as a first time home buyer was something that I was looking for. Michael was patient and thorough in providing my wife and I detailed information that was easily digestible. After our second meeting, we had completed the pre-qualification process and had confidence in what price range we could afford as we started looking at units with our realtor. Later, as we submitted an offer, we had access to his entire team. They offered us support, answered our questions, and even called us to alert us to a change in interest rates that allowed us to lock-in a rate lower than anticipated.
