  I would give 10 out of 5 to Sam!!! I still can not believe that a loan agent would care so much about getting the absolute best loan out there for someone as if he is getting it for himself!! I had a very complicated case that in fact three loan agents after working a bit on my loan dropped my case!!! The amount of work and genuine effort that Sam put into my loan case was something beyond what I could ever imagine!! He not only got me a loan but he also got me THE BEST of anything possible (interest rate, terms and so on and so forth)! I was looking for a cash out loan and he got the maximum cash I could ever qualify for!! After I got the loan and told my friends about it no one could believe it! The mortgage companies who still kept calling me after I got my loan to sell their loan backed up right away when I told them about what I got!! Sam is an amazingly wonderful guy on top of being a wonderful and caring loan agent! I was referred to him by a friend who I am so grateful to, and I would refer anyone to him who I care about in a snap!!

  I recently used Alliant and had a great experience! Sam helped me with obtaingin a loan to purchase my first home! It was a smooth process and was kept informed each step of the way. If you’re looking for a mortgage loan or looking to buy a home, I would recommend Sam.

  I have used Alliance Real Estate & Financial services multiple times and I will continue using this outfit. They are very professional and I received the best possible loan in a timely manner, very happy and satisfied client.

  This company was very unprofessional, dishonest with documents regarding my property, non-communicative in the process of selling my house and overall a horrible experience. The Agent never appraised my house before wanting to list in under value. I handled my own open houses because the Agent's Assistant was either late or didn't show up. There are to many bad experiences I encountered with this company to list...let me just say, I do not recommend this company at all. Their commission was undeserved.

  sorry to hear your experience. This was never communicated to management and no further info on agent, etc was given. The only agent who had a few complaints was let go a few years ago.
