  False online approval and takes a hit on Credit Score even if the online states your approved for loan, they come back and say its not. Dont even try it as it takes a hit on your credit and then they deny you loan request.

  Great Credit Union. Applied for a refinance of my current auto loan and was approved in less than 2 days. First and easiest refinance loan I've ever applied for. Great customer service as well. Definitely recommend them for friends and family. Thank you

  I just recently join Kaiperm, and I love that they are so nice and respectful. I had a loan with a horrible finance company and by the grace of God I was able to refinance with Kaiperm and got a great rate!   I was blown away by my experience with Kaiperm Credit Union yesterday. I used the website chat function to ask a question about taking money out of my account for a very large purchase, and after a few chat exchanges, I was asked if someone could call me. Actually, the CEO called! She problem-solved my issue, extended my withdrawal amount for the day, and went way above and beyond to help me out. In fact, she texted and called me twice more during the day to make sure that my issue was resolved, and, at the end of the day, texted to ask if I was enjoying my new car. Unbelievable service. Consequently, in addition to my savings account, I have opened up a Thrive Rewards Checking Account. I am looking forward to reaping the benefits of this account. I highly recommend this credit union, check it out!

  I had problems logging into my account. I’ve put off contacting Kaiperm for some time. We all know these help lines can be frustrating. I used their homepages need help link and voila, I got Karen. She was able to get me on the right track in no time at all. She stayed on the phone with me until I was able to get access once again. Thank you Karen.
