  Michael Botelho is wonderful! Michael was there for me every step of the way no matter what time of the day it was he was on top of it. Michael and Beth really helped me a lot by making sure everything was done perfect to get my loan accepted and to get the closing of my house done quickly, we were able to get my escrow to close in the 21 days that he quoted me. Michael is a thoughtful and compassionate person always looking out for my best interests. Michael made which could have been a painful ordeal a pleasant one. I really enjoyed working with Michael and Beth, they make a great team! I highly recommend choosing Michael Botelho if you're looking for a lender. Thank you Michael and Beth you're the BEST!

  What a journey our home buying process was with our great friend Jon Daco! He was there from the very beginning and helped fan the flame of belief that my wife and I could make our dream come true, becoming homeowners in the Bay Area. Throughout the process, his words of encouragement and support helped keep us hopeful, open-minded, and positive. His knowledge, experience, and insight gave us confidence and peace of mind. And his determination, grit and perseverance demonstrated to us his unwavering spirit to reach our common goal. We thank him and his family from the bottom of our hearts for putting in the hours and energy that it took to get our deal done in such a short time frame and with the adversities that came our way.   Bobby was very fast and diligent with getting us approved for a house and Into our first home. Our previous broker dropped the ball on the home we really wanted and we reached back out to Bobby and his team. Shortly after we started working with Bobby again the he we wanted went back on the market, and Bobby and his team work crazy hard to get me into that home.
