  I recently worked with Casey and his team to purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer I wasn't familiar with the process and Casey was super great at about explaining it and answered all my questions. Casey was up front, direct and didn't sugar coat anything. When he did my pre-approval, he made sure to ask about everything he needed so he could provide me with the best per-approval. And best of all, once the offer was accepted on my house, he was able to close in 21 days!! I recommend Casey 110%!!!!

  This is our third time working with Casey and I couldn’t be happier with the our recent experience. #TLDR My husband and I paused any plans of buying another home given how extremely competitive the real estate market is in Walnut Creek. Lo and behold, our dream house pops up on Zillow on a Friday morning. I reach out to Casey in the afternoon seeking pre-approval to make an offer on the house. Next day Saturday, we find out that offers were due on Monday so we message Casey to see if he can help expedite our pre-approval. He was able to pull through and we were able to submit our offer on Monday. After our offer was accepted, we were able to close in 21 days. Throughout the entire process, Casey and his team were very responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, and worked to get us the best rates possible. My family and I would not consider working with any other mortgage broker.

  Casey and his team were amazing! They made it easy for us to refinance our mortgage by a little over a whole percentage point, which has made a huge difference. Everyone was very responsive, and they have a great system for submitting documents and filling out paperwork--it was all very easy, which I appreciated as I'm usually pretty busy with work during the day.
