  I've worked with K2 Lending to refinance several times. Ross and Darren are absolutely wonderful! They made the process so easy. They work after hours and weekends and they always respond, even when they are on vacation. Very professional and ethical, and they go above and beyond. Cannot say enough about Ross/Darren/K2 Lending and everyone there! Highly recommend them if you are purchasing a new home or refinancing a current loan!

  Wow. Hard to know where to start. K2 Lending (Jeff and Shelley in particular) worked wonders getting my family into our dream home. They were always easy to get a hold of, super professional, calm-headed and truly devoted to getting us a clear to close. I'm so thankful that we got paired up with them because I feel that any other team would have let the complexity of our home purchase in particular fall through, but K2 Lending never gave up, and me and my family of 5 are incredibly grateful!   Jeremiah has been very prompt & responsive with refinancing our house and helped us secure the best interest rate. He helped expediate the process by helping with all the documentation and also has excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend him.
