  Kevin worked with my son on the purchase of his first home. I was the Realtor in this transaction. Kevin spent quite a bit of time explaining things for my son to think about prior to making an offer. Kevin made sure he understood the process and explained that just because a person can get approved for a specific dollar amount doesn't mean purchasing at that price is always a good idea. He made sure my son knew that the payment at which he felt most comfortable was important and provided an easy to use app to help us estimate the payment. The app factors in taxes, HOA dues, and insurance as well as principal, interest and mortgage insurance. Kevin always responded quickly to questions and made the mortgage side of the process much easier for my son. He also timely communicated the progress of the loan. The loan was completed on time too. We had no glitches at all. I would highly recommend Kevin for your next mortgage loan.
