  Stacey was absolutely incredible to work with. We did a cross country move from Virginia to Colorado and were working with a VA loan. Stacey walked us through everything we needed to know, and even called the selling realtor on our behalf to help “seal the deal”. Would 100% recommend Stacey. If we ever sell/buy again she is who we will be working with.

  Stacey and her team were outstanding - we went under contract several times during the pandemic and had many questions about finances and the closing process, and they were always available and helpful. We bought our home in December 2020 and the mortgage application and closing process were so easy and straightfoward!   Stacey Dowling was the first lender we called when we were looking to move back to Colorado. We worked with Synergy One when moving out of Colorado and the experience was beyond excellent so it was the first place we searched for coming back home. Stacey was professional all the way! The app they use to move you through the process is awesome. And we were able to handle moving across states so easy with all questions answered quickly.
