  Being a first time homebuyer was very intimidating and can get overwhelming. Cay was such a key piece to making our whole experience a positive one. From preapproval to the very end, Cay was there for us. She would work up numbers to every single house we would be interested in to help us gauge how much our approximate mortgage payment would be. Every single question we had, we would have a response within hours. We really appreciated the responsiveness and availability Cay provided. After we found our home, Cay walked us through every single step we needed to take to complete the buying process. It went so smoothly that we were able to close in about three weeks! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cay to any of my family or friends! She is absolutely wonderful.

  Cay is just the BEST! She is knowledgable, professional, extremely pleasant to work with, and always responds promptly. She is honest and immediately sets realistic expectations and will never over promise.   We were having such a tough go of things until we found Cay! I don’t think I’ve met a caring, kind, compassionate person in the financial sector, until we met Cay. Throughout the whole house selling and buying process, she was so patient and understanding. She was one of the most efficient, and yet empathetic people I have ever met. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we got into our dream home. I remember the feeling I had when we moved in, my son and I were sitting in the backyard for the first time, and I honestly thought about Cay and this whole process and how she’s got to see what a beautiful view we have in our backyard thanks to all her hard work :)

  Cay Stull and her team at SWBC have been amazing to work with. Truly, I have heard horror stories about lenders and what a nightmare buying a house could be. My husband and I purchased a new home 9 months ago and Cay, Alex and their team were very timely in everything they did. They made clear action lists for us on open items, worked efficiently to not only meet deadlines but beat them. They served as friendly, unbiased experts explaining several things and questions to us as new home owners in this process. 8 months after closing, Cay contacted us as she said we would be up for refinancing our house, the difference in interest rates and monthly payments were fabulous!   We’ve been with Cay for 10 years and for 3 homes! The best part is that she will run all the possibilities for you, give you clear options, and has even evaluated financing prepared by home builders. In our most recent purchase, she was able to save us thousands over what the builder’s finance company was offering even when accounting for their incentive. We’ve referred her to my in-laws as well and they’ve closed two loans with her. She’ll get you over the finish line!

  Cay is a godsend and goes above and beyond! I will never go with another loan originator! Not only does she respond to you quickly, she knows her stuff! Her ability to ask all the right questions, listen carefully, and process information efficiently are just a few reasons of many I liked doing business with her at the recommendation of the best realtor Deanna Wolfe. They worked together like a well-oiled machine! They made my first-time home-buying experience a piece of cake! I appreciated them making a well-informed customer to ensure I'm set up to succeed long-term. Cay was patient with all my questions, and she gave me the confidence I needed to make this huge financial step! She removed all intimidation and fear. Cay was always so flexible and quick to respond with pre-approved loan estimates when attempting to make offers in a saturated market in Denver. She never made me feel like a burden with all the multiple attempts. Luckily, I found the perfect home in the perfect location (thanks to Deanna), which I closed on last year. Cay was so kind and professionally nurturing at the closing table. She crossed her t's and dotted her i's and gave me incredible tips in my new chapter of home ownership. As if that was enough to rave about, this woman came through for me at the right time. I was going through some significant life changes, and she called me out of the blue to ask me if I'd like to refinance at a lower interest rate since rates dropped since last year? Who does follow-up calls like this these days? She advised that she could not only lower my interest rate, she could also knock off my mortgage insurance and get me some cash back for my basement renovations (which will assist me with residual supplemental income). The timing of her call could not have been more perfect. She is like a guardian angel looking over her customers, ensuring they are in the right loan for them even when they aren't looking. Her team at SWBC was fantastic! They were in ongoing communication and also very timely in their responses. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process!
