  Juana was incredible! She was very friendly and professional. She knows the ins and outs of her job very well. Not only did she go out of her way to get me approved for a loan, she also noticed some red flags on the car title after I was approved but before everything was finalized. She looked up a report on the car and after she pointed things out to me, I wound up not purchasing it. She saved me from buying a lemon! I would definitely recommend her and United Texas Credit Union if you need a loan.

  Juana was wonderful. She went the extra mile to help us get our granddaughter's car. The credit union has helped us with 3 or 4 cars over the years. I will definitely do all our vehicle loans through them in the future.

  Since we first opened up an account at the credit union, Juana has been available and helpful every step of the way. Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner. Anyone needing a home and/or car loan should contact Juana. You’ll be taken care of and treated fairly.

  Juana made the process so easy , this is our second loan with her and both times she has been amazing. Process was quick and simple, I definitely recommend her any chance I get. She really goes out of her way to help you get what you want and make sure it’s the best deal.

  We came to this bank because of the distance and convenience of banking amenities and am glad we did. The tellers are very kind and quick with accuracy. Also Juana helped us with an autoloan - and also provided us great options for refinancing as well. We enjoyed banking with the her and the team, very personable and genuine demeanor.
