  They make me feel very at ease. Especially, when for me, a situation like this usually makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. I’m so glad I found this store! While I was there, I also purchased items that were very affordably priced. Good deals are my weakness 😃 I will definitely be back! Thank you!!

  Jerry runs this shop with integrity and principal. Keeping the standard high is rare among any type of businesses these days, especially given the competitveness of the pawn trade. All Star Pawn goes to show that in the long run, doing the right thing is profitable to all. I am very happy to have worked with this shop.

  I've bought many different things in my life time from many different pawn shop that have always been upstanding and back the products they sell, until my husband bought a lawn mower at "All Star Pawn" that doesn't work. Bought it Friday worked on it all Friday night changing the spark plug and putting new gas in it but still it won't start. That's OK stuff happens and it is a pawn shop so we just got it yesterday so we take it back there where another pawn shop would've checked it out to make sure it really didn't work and would've given back his money back or just offered a different lawn mower of the same value which is what we wanted but NOT ALL STAR PAWN!! When the 3 different family members try it out to give there opinion of why it doesn't work than for the actual owner comes out with the same BS of it ran 6mths ago? maybe if we clean the carburetor it'll work? If not come back Monday and we can talk.?! How about being a smart business man and keeping your customers happy and than maybe more business... my husband loves to shop at pawn shops for good deals but never at this one again!! We know the risk of buying at pawn shops and that's fine! But if I could stand outside All Star with a picked sign that says "BAD BUSINESS PAWN" I would but sense in all reality I won't do that, I'm am going to make sure everyone I know never gets cheated by going there.

  I am very sorry that you were upset about the lawn mower which I personally spoke with you and your husband about. After three of us looked at the lawnmower and checked it we asked your husband if he would be interested in checking out the carburetor, to which he replied that he would. And then I, myself, told him that if he couldn't get it working then we would be happy to offer him a refund on Monday. At no point did you ask for another lawn mower, which would have been no issue whatsoever. I am unsure as to why you would leave a 1 star review when the transaction is not fully resolved yet, nor why you would leave a review without reaching out to us further to correct the problem. We here at All-Star Pawn always strive for the best with our customers as reflected by the other reviews of us. I am sorry you had a less than stellar experience and sorry that you feel that you were cheated in some way. You are more than welcome to reach out to use to further discuss the matter.

  These people are pretty awesome for when you need to pawn some stuff. They also have a good selection of items from what I've seen, and the cutest puppers behind the counter. I come back mainly because of them!

  Drew was WONDERFUL !!! All of the staff is friendly and very helpful. They care about us customers as people and friends. Drew contacted us when someone sold a Texas A and M college ring, and Drew noticed that it was engraved and was for graduating year 2013. Then he saved it for us! All-Star is good people.

  Newer (its been there about 4 years but thats 'new' to me) pawn shop, slightly smaller than most around the north Fort Worth/Haltom City area. Friendly staff, FFL transfers are a touch higher than other local shops, but prices are good.

  The guy there was very nice and very helpful and willing to work with me so I could get my son the perfect birthday present. I definitely will be returning for future purchases.

  Customer service is way superior than any other pawnshop in the metroplex. I bought a ps4 and vita in perfect condition from here, they gave me a price lower than I asked for! Spend your money here!
