  Josh and his team were amazing from start to finish! Very clear communication and I don't know how they did it, but this was the easiest V.A. home loan process we have ever been thru, with record closing time. We cannot thank them enough.   I worked with Josh Dobson for the purchase of my home in March 2022. He is fantastic to work with. We were on a 15 day escrow timeline and Josh was able to complete all the necessary steps in that short time frame. Any question I had, he’d answer it as soon as possible. This was the smoothest escrow process I’ve been in and I highly recommend him.

  Josh and his team could not have been more attentive, helpful and communicative. I always felt communication was a top priority. Josh made the entire loan application and closing procedure nearly stress free. None of my questions or concerns ever went unanswered.   Josh Answered all my questions through call or txt , and broke everything down for me to fully understand he helped me choose the best loan option to save me the most money in the long run and was able to help keep my closing costs and Down payment at the budget I could afford and to top it off he went and found me a lower interest rate hands down the best !!!! 🙏🏽💪🏽🙌🏽😁

  2 for 1 review: 3 years ago when we wanted to purchase our first home everyone else we tried working with made it seem impossible or said we'd have to put down an insane amount of money that we didn't have. We got connected with Josh and a few weeks later we were home owners and had a very affordable down payment! Flash forward to now and we wanted to refinance. I had lost touch with josh and wanted to shop around for peace of mind. Got the run around again and again and was told the refinance was not possible after having a rough year financially. We were not the most ideal clients but Josh and his team worked their tails off to make us feel important. He kept touch every step of the way and answered my 100 questions in layman's terms which I appreciated. Josh is a very personable person and creates a welcoming atmosphere to anyone that works with him. Thank you for all your hard work and patience!

  I have bought 2 houses with Josh. I have also refinanced multiple times. Josh makes the process easy. He is as honest, and trustworthy, I met Josh 10 years ago on a recommendation from a realtor and he has never let me down. I would highly recommend at least giving him a call if you are looking for advice, refinance, or mortgage. It is nice to have a go to guy that takes care of you. Update: it's been a year since my review, mortgage rates dropped again and Josh helped me with another refinance last month. Everything went smoothly and as always and again Josh went above and beyond to help me through the process. I recommend Josh to anyone looking for a straight shooter they can trust. Thanks again for another one Josh.

  I was referred to Josh for a refinancing home loan need. Josh was great in helping me get a new refinance loan. The whole process was easy except it just feels like it took forever. But all in all it was a smooth process and Josh was very helpful in the whole process. I would definitely recommend him to a friend for finding financing home loans !
