  Working with Dimitri at IMS Lending was one of the best decisions that my wife and I made in purchasing our home. We originally had contacted three other lenders (one online "powerhouse"I and two local lenders)...all three basically treated us like back burner clients mainly because we were a young family looking for an FHA Loan with a smaller down payment. Dimitri was immediately different. He noticed the positives in our profile (stable employment) and accentuated them and not only got us a great loan, but also was available every step of the way to help walk us through what was kind of a daunting process for first time buyers. I now write this review from my laptop in an amazing home we closed on last week and choosing to use IMS Lending was the main reason I am.

  Alisha was great through the process. I felt that it was a bit more expensive but for the price you got VIP treatment. I was updated regularly and she handled everything that came up. There was a hiccup with my HELOC complicating things a bit, but Alisha communicated with the HELOC loan company and supplied the documentation they needed. They got me a lender that i've dealt with before and really like. IMS was a good experience!

  Ana Merlo from IMS Lending was a great help with my refinancing. I was not able to start research on my own with my busy schedule, so I greatly appreciate her reaching out to me and helping me find the right lender and find what works for me. I definitely recommend using IMS Lending, especially if you ask for Ana!

  This group uses a "boiler room" to generate leads. That boiler room calls me 5-6 times a week, sometimes several times a day. They call from many different phone numbers, so are impossible to block. Any company that generates leads in this sleazy manner isn't actually thinking about YOUR welfare. Stay FAR away! No, I don't have "the wrong company". I get boiler room calls that start with a pre-recorded message that my student loans are in trouble. When I press a key to accept the call, I get the boiler room. They ask me about my student debt. I got tired of getting 5 calls a day from them, so I played along. I have no student debt, but pretended that I did. After a few questions, they connected me to IMS Lending. I've done this on 3 different occasions, and on EACH OCCASION, I was connected to IMS Lending. You guys are slimeballs, and now you are lying about it.

  You must have the wrong company. We do NOT robocall or use any sort of "boiler room" tactics. Any info you can give to help research the correct company so you can post this review on them would be great.
