  I worked with Joshua through most of the process and he was great at answering any questions we had. He made himself available at times that worked best for us. We are first time homebuyers so working with his team was a good experience that didn't add more stress to the already complicated process of purchasing a home.   Josh and his team are the best. Very professional and caring. My wife and I are not computer savvy to say the least. Josh and his team went way out of their way to accommodate us. I was taught many new computer skills by his team members. If I ever buy another house or refinance my current house I will use Josh. I will refer all of my friends and family to his company.   We signed our Residential Purchase Agreement on March 16, 2021. A few days later, the Seller wanted to cancel the deal and the race was on!!! We originally went with Quicken but when they could not perform, on March 25, 2021, I reached out to Kim Arivett and presented our challenge... time is of the essence!! Kim reached out to Joshua Dobson and Joshua ACCEPTED THE CHALLENGE!!! Every step of the way, the Seller pushed for removal of contingencies or assured us they would cancel the deal. After many prayers and an amazing group effort, we signed docs on April 7th, the loan funded & recorded on April 9th!! The Dobson TEAM at Commerce Mortgage never gave up!!
