  I wish I could give Josh 10 stars! He goes above and beyond than any Realtor I have worked with. He was our advocate and helped us so much throughout the purchase process. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and can answer just about any question you have. His background as a loan officer really gives him (and you!) the upper hand in any aspect of the buying or selling process. Josh is awesome at getting you what you need and when you need it! We will be using him as our realtor the next time we buy (and sell!) our next house!
